When I had mistaken the service date and arrived at my condo on the wrong day, office staff was responsive, and were kind enough to send a technician after his last job of the day was completed. Chad arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem. We scheduled a followup visit as parts were needed, and that went well. Chad again was friendly, knowledgable, and able to complete the work quickly. He is a great worker. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro, and would not hesitate to call them if I have any future problelms.
