What Cape May County Says About Comfort Pro

The electric stopped on my AC unit Friday at 11:30. I called Comfort Pro! They sent out a repair tech service window that day 4-6pm. Nelson the owner was the tech, he was at my condo at 3:05!! Amazing and grateful when you do not have air conditioning! Here I was cleaning and hit the emergency gas on/switch to off!! Nelson checked the unit realized what I had done! He showed me that I had turned off the switch! He told me he was the owner of the company and would Not charge me for the service call! We were interested in getting a service contract for our heating/cooling unit! They had one to offer me at a discounted price! It’s comforting to know that we now have a reliable HAVAC Company!!

I had a great experience with Comfort Pro..needed AC repaired ASAP and they were quick to come out. Nelson was great to deal with very friendly and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong and made sure everything was up and running before he left. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro and will definitely use them again

Many thanks to Comfort Pro. I recently had a heater problem, and the response and help I received was outstanding. The office staff were courteous and helpful. When I had mistaken the service date and arrived at my condo on the wrong day, office staff was responsive, and were kind enough to send a technician after his last job of the day was completed. Chad arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem. We scheduled a followup visit as parts were needed, and that went well. Chad again was friendly, knowledgable, and able to complete the work quickly. He is a great worker. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro, and would not hesitate to call them if I have any future problelms.

I called with Comfort Pro with an urgent request, spoke with Sarah. She was excellent and was able to send Aiden over quicly. Aiden was outstanding, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Comfort Pro was recommended by my neighbor and I'm glad I took their advice. I had 2 mini splits installed in a Victorian home. Chaz was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came to give me an estimate. They have someone in the office who monitors communication through text and they are very responsive. The installers were all very respectful and friendly. Their price was extremely reasonable against 3 other bids I had received.
